What you agree to when you use Avior Trading, and what we commit to in return.

Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Avior Trading, operator of this marketplace. By creating an account, publishing a listing or contacting a seller, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
What Avior is, and what it is not
Avior is an advertising platform. We put buyers and sellers in touch and we are not a party to any transaction between them. We do not hold funds for a sale, do not inspect aircraft, do not verify airworthiness, logbooks, title, outstanding liens or export eligibility, and do not act as broker, agent or escrow. Payment for the aircraft, hangar, part or service is arranged directly between the parties, outside Avior. The only money we take is the fee for advertising.
Your account
You must be 18 or over. Keep your credentials secure — activity under your account is treated as yours. If you list on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Your listings
You keep ownership of what you publish, and you grant us the licence needed to display and promote it on the marketplace. You are responsible for it being accurate and lawful, and you confirm you have the right to sell the item and to use the photographs you upload.
Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, and editing a published listing sends it back for review. We may decline, edit or remove a listing that is inaccurate, unlawful, duplicated, or not a genuine aircraft, hangar, part or service — and we will tell you why.
Paid plans, duration and renewal
Plans are sold per listing, for a fixed number of days, at the price shown at checkout.
- The paid period starts when the listing goes live, not when you pay — so time spent waiting on our review is never taken out of what you bought. If an edit sends your listing back for review, the period is extended by however long that takes.
- Paid plans renew automatically so a listing does not vanish mid-sale. You can turn renewal off at any time from My listings; the listing then runs to the end of the period already paid for.
- Benefits — photo allowance, video, a link to your site, search placement — apply only while the paid period is running.
- Each advertiser may keep one free listing per category at a time. Further listings in that category need a paid plan.
Talent bank
Pilots and mechanics publish a profile free of charge, and it is reviewed before it appears. The public directory shows no name and no contact details; those are released only to companies with an active Talent Access subscription. Talent Access renews for the period shown at purchase and can be cancelled at any time. To withdraw your profile, write to us and we take it off the directory within 15 days.
Profiles are what professionals tell us about themselves. We review them before publication, but we do not verify licences or certificates with ANAC or any other authority — hiring due diligence remains yours.
Cancellation and refunds
If you are a consumer buying at a distance, Brazilian law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Art. 49) gives you seven days from purchase to change your mind and get your money back. That right stands regardless of anything else in these terms.
After those seven days, a paid period already running is not refunded, but you can switch renewal off so you are not charged again. If we remove your listing for breaking these terms, the fee is not refunded. If we fail to deliver what the plan promised, ask us — we will fix it or refund the period.
What you may not do
- advertise an item you have no right to sell, or that does not exist;
- misstate hours, condition, damage history, title or airworthiness;
- publish another person's photographs, text or contact details without consent;
- use the marketplace to send unsolicited commercial messages;
- scrape, copy or bulk-extract listings or professional profiles;
- try to bypass paid limits, security controls or the review process.
Content published by users
Listings, messages and profiles are written by users, not by us. Under the Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014, Art. 19), we are liable for user content only if we fail to comply with a court order to remove it. That said, we review before publishing and we act on reports — if something here is unlawful or infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page and we will look at it.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we have solid grounds to believe is being used fraudulently, or where the law requires it. Except where speed is essential to protect other users, we will say why and give you a chance to respond.
Availability and limits of liability
We work to keep Avior available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent Brazilian law allows, we are not liable for the outcome of a transaction between users, for the condition or legal status of anything advertised, or for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded — in particular our own responsibilities as a supplier under the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect, and the date above will change. Continuing to use Avior afterwards means you accept the new version; if you do not, you can close your account.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumers may bring a claim in the court of their own domicile, as the Código de Defesa do Consumidor provides.
